objective
proforma requires ART-project but behind we want to establish a network
= build network infrastructure that goes beyond presentation of art and communication:
- joint programming/planning/research&development
- joint fundraising
- resource sharing
(people, knowledge, data ... community tools, satellite channel on media culture)
- travelling artists, programmers, wizards circulation
- programme exchange
- enable partners to create more sustainable conditions
- ...
financing scheme
1,5 mio EUR over 3 years for 5 partners
= 5 x 100.000 EUR/year
- EU grants 60% = 900.000 = 3 x 300.000
- 3rd party 40% = 600.000 = 3 x 200.000
3 x 5 x 40.000 = 40.000 EUR/partner/year
- 5 partners have to invest 5% of the total project sum as starting capital
= 75.000 = 15.000/partner
team requirements
- walter = as curator, presentor & coordinator of the project on the interpartners level
- local team /partner = at least 1 researcher = R (fields: mediatheory, mediaculture, arthistory, popart...),
2 organiser/coordinator/communicator = O
- working method = roundtable concept
partner institution as a space/point of convergence = R + O @ partner should link local institutions, initiatives, art(ists) & industry
