No, it isn't developed like that. Apache isn't GNU software, and I think that's one of the reasons it became the best. It would be great to have a "perfect" CMS, free even, but not if it was GPL'd. Not until the grocery stores start accepting good intentions in exchange for food. Not to start a holy-war here, but I'd prefer almost any license over the GPL... BSD, Apache, whatever. Jim
